  • The Zebrano basin is part of the Afzaro hand-crafted basin range, made from carefully selected African wood. Zebrano (Microberlinia brazzavillensis) is famous for its stunning grain.

The Sapelli basin is part of the Afzaro hand-crafted basin range, made from carefully selected African wood. It’s distinctive round shape is the result of a slow, precise process of chiseling and layering. A type of African mahogany, known as the heaviest in the Meliaceae family, Sapelli (Entandrophragma cylindricum) is the perfect wood for creating functional and hard-wearing objects. In shades that range from copper to red-brown, Sapelli is a highly prized hardwood.

The Doussie Red basin is part of the Afzaro hand-crafted basin range, made from carefully selected African wood. It’s distinctive round shape is the result of a slow, precise process of chiseling and layering. Doussie Red, part of the Afzelia Africana species, is a robust and spectacular red-brown wood. Long-lasting but easy to process, it’s known for its beautiful texture and strong colouration.

The Doussie Orange basin is part of the Afzaro hand-crafted basin range, made from carefully selected African wood. It’s distinctive round shape is the result of a slow, precise process of chiseling and layering. A heavy, durable wood, Doussie Orange is highly sought after by interior designers, due to its elegance and long-lasting charm. Part of the Afzelia Bipindensis species, this golden-brown hardwood lends enduring beauty to each handcrafted object.

The Iroko basin is part of the Afzaro hand-crafted basin range, made from carefully selected African wood. It’s distinctive round shape is the result of a slow, precise process of chiseling and layering. Iroko (Chlorophora excelsa) is known for its oily composition that enhances its resistance, and resembles Burmese teak (Tectona Grandis), also being known as “African Teak”. Iroko has a refined texture, and a yellowish brown colouring, and is a wood that only requires very low maintenance.
